Latin Grammy-winning Spanish guitarist and composer Diego García "Twanguero" brings his unmistakable sound to Redlands for a special holiday concert.

Christmas with El Twanguero is Diego's own take on Christmas and the holiday season — reimagined through his vintage rockabilly sound, with the warmth of Spanish and Latin American roots and plenty of electric guitar.

For this special night, Twanguero brings the Christmas with El Twanguero project to the stage at First Presbyterian Church in Redlands, live with his band and special guests. Independently produced, the show brings the musicians and magic of the project to the stage for a festive night of live music to close the year — whether you already know Twanguero or are discovering him for the first time.

The Story Behind the Album

Christmas with El Twanguero was recorded to analog tape in Madrid, but the project took an unexpected turn after Diego led a masterclass in Guatemala.

A conversation with the teens at El Patojismo sparked a promise: to help bring guitars and essential music gear to their school. That promise became part of the story and mission behind the album.
