Backroads of the Americas is an intimate summer evening with acclaimed Spanish guitarist Diego Garcia (Twanguero), presented in the listening-room setting of St. Andrew's-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church.

Returning to San Diego between touring dates, Diego Garcia (Twanguero) brings Backroads of the Americas — a solo guitar performance shaped by Spanish roots, Latin American rhythms, cinematic melodies, and years spent traveling the backroads between cultures and traditions.

Presented in a true listening-room format, this special evening invites the audience into a rare up-close musical experience where every nuance of the guitar can fully breathe.

The night will feature music from his celebrated acoustic albums including Carreteras Secundarias, The Brooklyn Session, Argentina Songbook, and selections inspired by Panamerica, alongside some new unreleased music shared with the San Diego community before upcoming international dates.
