Diego García “Twanguero” — An Evening of Spanish Guitar in Denver

Diego García “Twanguero” (Spain) — Solo Spanish Guitar
One guitar. Many roads. A lifetime of stories.

Latin Grammy-winning guitarist Diego García “Twanguero” brings his acclaimed solo guitar show to Denver for one night only. From the Spanish folk traditions of his homeland to the rhythms of Latin America and the American roots music he discovered on the road, Backroads of the Americas is an intimate journey told through one guitar.

Praised by NPR for his distinctive sound and dubbed “Spain’s King of Twang” by Guitar Player, Twanguero has performed around the world with a deeply personal fingerstyle approach.

Backroads of the Americas brings together music, storytelling, and masterful guitar playing in a singular live experience.

The program draws from The Brooklyn Session, Argentina Songbook, Carreteras Secundarias Vol. 1 & 2, selections from Panamerica, and original, unreleased material shaped by years of exploration.

An evening for guitar lovers, world music audiences, and anyone drawn to music that rewards attention.
